Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Program
Life Works is an intensive outpatient program which strives to provide the best treatment possible for those suffering with addiction. We do this by utilizing the research based recommendations from the National Institute on Drug Abuse.

- Providing treatment for addiction and underlying disorders, we treat behavioral health conditions often associated with addiction such as depression & anxiety
- We offer a supportive and positive environment while still being able to confront the reality of addiction
- This program is an outpatient setting which allows patients the opportunity to integrate the skills they are learning in their daily lives
- Group therapy is provided (as well as individual & couple therapy) available
- Family therapy is also available to assist in healing relationships impacted by addiction
- This program meets in the evening to accommodate work and school schedules
- We provide free aftercare at no additional cost
- Links to AA, NA, LDS 12 Steps, and Al-Anon self help recovery support groups
- Master’s level, Licensed Clinician with Physician oversight
- Conveniently located in Bountiful, Utah
- Most insurance plans accepted and payment plans available
Life Works is a court-approved program and most insurance plans are accepted. If you do not have insurance, we can work with you to develop a payment plan.
