I was asked this question countless times when I accepted the position as Chief Executive Officer at Lakeview Hospital. “Because of the people,” I would reply. “The moment I stepped foot inside the doors at Lakeview Hospital, I knew there were good people here taking good care of good people—friends, family, and neighbors.”
Three years into my tenure, I maintain that same belief. It has been through changes in processes, investments in patient safety, and expansion of services that have simply enhanced the care giving provided by the good people of Lakeview Hospital.
